That U2 has their own website?
Although it is now common for an artist to have a web presence, U2 has put
up a very comprehensive and informative web site. U2 were not content to
merely have a site, they have sought to make it a non-stop media feed of
images, words, music and video. The news and features are updated
regularly on U2.com. MP3 downloads, videos and E-Cards are just a few of
the things that the site offers, each day they add tour news, reviews and
special interviews. The internet isn't the only technology that U2 have embraced. U2 have packaged CD-Rom videos on various releases. In a promotional release for Mexico, they put 8 videos on a CD-Rom. For another promotion, they put 5 songs and two videos on a CD and gave it away with an issue of the Sunday Times.
