Disclaimers etc.
Nearly everything in my U2 site comes from my private collection. I've tried to credit the source when it is known to me. I've also attempted to be accurate whenever possible. Please read the following statements if you have questions concerning my sources.
All pictures of U2 are from the following:
Official U2 merchandise (Album covers, promotional giveaways, etc.)
Rolling Stone, Propaganda and other periodicals
Non official postcards, calendars, posters etc.
Non U2 pictures featured in the U2 section:
I haven't credited these as I should. On a few occasions, I've went out to non U2 sites and picked up pictures and have not credited them. In the future, I'll list them here, in case anyone would like to learn about the various U2 tie-ins that I've described.

Some of the facts that I've added are common knowledge for many U2 fans. I've used the resources listed below as both inspiration and clarification. In some cases I've paraphrased or combined two stories, from the sources below, I respect them as authors and I have tried to avoid plagiarism.
Facts about U2 have been culled from the following resources:
Information from various articles that I've read, conversations I've had, things I've experienced, videos I've watched.

Nothing is for sale:
Nothing in my collection is for sale. I've also purposefully not gone out to solicit various e-commerce sites. I don't feel that my site is ready for that sort of thing. I'm not saying that I won't, just not right now.
Erroneous Facts and site problems:
If any of the information in my site is wrong, please feel free to notify me, and if you can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it. I'll also accept polite criticism if you feel that it will help the tour become easier to navigate or if a link doesn't work.
I've built my site using FrontPage2000 and I use frames all the way through. I'm also using Times New Roman as my default font everywhere. This site is best viewed in Internet Explorer 5.0. I haven't tested it using Netscape, so for all I know, this site is completely un-navigable.
I feel like a Lawyer:
I've seen many sites with various disclaimers and such. Personally, I haven't had a complaint, but then again no visitors, no complaints :-) I figured that it would be better to get ahead of the game, instead of reacting to someone who sent me a flame about copy write laws, or you stole this from me sort of complaints. I've made a concerted effort to not take any content off of a U2 site. I've scanned in all of my own images and many of the images are very popular. In closing, it is my intention to respect other sites and the work that they have done to put content up on the web. I hope that visitors to this site will do the same for me. If you take content from my site, I would appreciate an e-mail, and perhaps a link, if you find my site to be informative and fun. If not, an e-mail will do.
Thanks!
Tim
