to four of his films. Faraway, So Close! is the sequel to Wim's critically acclaimed "Wings of Desire". Wings of Desire was remade in the US under the title of "City of
Angels" What makes it more incredible is that Wings of Desire was made in 1989. Most remakes are made many decades later. U2 have also contributed songs for "Until The End Of The World", "The End Of Violence" and "The Million Dollar Hotel". Bono co-wrote "The Million Dollar Hotel". U2 contributed two new songs to the soundtrack and
Bono appears on three other songs. Wim Wenders has also directed a number of U2 videos including "Night and Day", "Stay
(Faraway, So Close!)" and "The Ground Beneath Her Feet"
